So far in our review of Christian evangelism ministries in Israel, we’ve examined the history of these ministries and their importance in the end-time harvest of souls in Israel. This is the third article in our series. In case you missed the first two articles, you can read them here and here.
We traced the history of many of these evangelistic ministries, including ours, to the passion of their founders towards evangelizing the lost sheep of the house of Israel. These Christian evangelism ministries in Israel today use a variety of creative and modern means of communication to preach the Gospel to the Jewish people.
Through their evangelistic efforts, the Gospel message is finding access to millions of souls in Israel. Another way these ministries have been helpful to the growth of the Christian/Messianic faith in Israel is the provision of on-time answers and clarifications to questions and confusions the lost have about the Messiahship of Yeshua.
It is such an honor that our ministry, Israel Media Ministries, is able to participate in this work in Israel. Since our ministry’s birth in 2011, we have been relentlessly sharing Bible-based content in the form of articles and high-quality videos through several social media platforms. Because our audience is primarily the Jewish people, we’ve kept all our evangelistic content around Torah-based concepts like the Hear O Israel prayer, the Sabbath, the Passover, and other topics Israelis can easily relate to.
In addition, our ministry and several other evangelistic ministries are also training the small number of believers in Israel how to share their faith effectively. Recently, we had a series of articles on how to use our everyday activities, like browsing the internet and wearing a Yeshua t shirt to share our faith with the unsaved.
In this third part of our series, I want us to discuss how fruitful these Christian ministries, including ours, have been in fulfilling the Great Commission in Israel.
Are Christian Evangelism Ministries in Israel Fruitful?
As I’ve grown in the Christian faith, I’ve come to understand that God loves fruitfulness. In Matthew 25, Yeshua likened the kingdom of heaven to a man who traveled to a far country and gave his goods to three of his servants.
The man in this story gave five talents to one servant, two talents to another, and one talent to the last servant.
After he traveled, the servants with five and three talents traded with what they were given and made another five and three talents, respectively. When their master returned from his trip, these two servants returned the original number of talents together with the profit they made.
On the other hand, the servant with one talent did nothing productive with the talent his master gave him. According to Matthew 25:26-30, his master retrieved the talent from him, gave it to the other servant with ten talents, and cast out the unprofitable servant into outer darkness.

From this story and several others in Scripture, it is clear to me that God wants us to be fruitful in all He has committed to our hands. The Great Commission to reach the lost is not an exception. As a ministry, this is one of the reasons why we have relentlessly been employing every means available to us to evangelize the unsaved in Israel.
I am grateful that since we started in 2011, God has stood firmly by us and supplied everything we need to do ministerial work effectively and fruitfully. By God’s grace, the Gospel message is reaching millions of Israelis through several media formats including articles and high-quality music and teaching videos.
For the sake of effective communication with the Jewish people, our primary audience, we have employed Torah-based concepts like the Hear O Israel prayer, the Pentecost, and other holy days, in preparing our evangelistic materials.
Over the years, these evangelistic resources have helped several missionaries and believers to be more effective in sharing their faith with the unsaved in Israel. We praise God that people from all spectrums of Israeli society are coming to saving faith in Yeshua: secular, traditional, atheist, religious, and even Holocaust survivors – including my own father!
Beyond the results we have today, I am persuaded that a greater harvest is before us. Like Paul said in his letter to the church in Philippi, I am also convinced that He who has begun a good work through us in Israel will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
The Future is Even More Glorious!
“The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,” says the LORD of hosts. “And in this place I will give peace,” says the LORD of hosts. (Haggai 2:9)
In the passage above, Haggai prophesied that the latter glory of the temple would surpass that of the former. Personally, I believe the same will happen in Israel. As long as we keep sowing the seed of the Word into people’s hearts, it will grow and produce abundant fruit in time.
Final Thoughts
